You can use a credit card or debit card as credit on the scheduling page when you book your session.

Yes, I offer virtual consultations that are accessible to clients around the world

Do you offer a group sessions

Clients are welcome to have family members or friends attend the session with them to help with those relationships. Please see the services page for more information. I do not offer a group sessions as far as group support for several clients at once.

What can I expect at a consultation

My sessions are casual and unstructured unless you would rather make it structured. I will ask a lot of questions to understand your situation and understand what it is you hope to get out of our meetings. I can simply give you support to help you achieve your goals or I can impart my knowledge to guide you, or we can make it structured if there are things you would like to educate yourself about step-by-step. We will see what works best for you.

How do virtual consultations work?

When you schedule your appointment you will get a link to Google Meet. Click on the link when it is time for your meeting.

Can I book multiple sessions in advance?

Yes, you can book multiple sessions in advance to ensure ongoing support. I offer package deals for clients seeking extended guidance. Please contact me for details.

Do you offer discounts for military, students, or seniors?

Not at this time.

What if I need to reach out between sessions?

No problem. Call, email, or text me.

How can I prepare for a consultation?

Before your consultation, take some time to reflect on your goals, concerns, and any specific questions you have. Being prepared will ensure a productive session.

What if I'm uncomfortable during a session?

Your comfort is a priority. If you feel uncomfortable or wish to change the focus of the conversation, feel free to communicate this to me. If you are not comfortable with me as your coach and consultant I will find someone to refer you to if you wish.

What is your cancellation policy?

I understand that plans can change. I require that you notify me 24 hours before your appointment time to cancel. Please call to cancel if it is close to your appointment time.
